1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellations
You may cancel any unpaid or paid order for a 100% full refund at any time before the order status changes to Processing / Shipped.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched with a courier tracking number, it cannot be canceled in transit. Please follow our Return Policy upon receiving the package.
